Robert Muller LIFE School has always had as part of its Mission and Philosophy to support the community of Panajachel and the Lake Atitlan area. The central part of our outreach to the community is through providing scholarships to indigenous students from the area. We are a non-profit educational institution and we do everything possible to control tuition costs. Even so, the cost of a multicultural education in English lies outside of the means of most families in the Lake Atitlan area.
The scholarships that we provide for indigenous students make all the difference in the world for their future as it opens up many opportunities in tourism, business, development, teaching and many other careers.
Tuition costs at LIFE school vary by age level, but the average cost of a year at LIFE School is $2000. Although we certainly appreciate individual donors who are able to support a full scholarship, any sized donation helps us be able to maintain and grow our scholarships.
Your monthly donations support our scholarship students in the following amounts:
Full Scholarship = US$210 per month (US$125 for pre-school and kindergarten)
1/2 Scholarship = US$105 per month (US$62.50 for pre-school and kindergarten)
Whether you donate in the name of someone else as a gift, in memory of someone, or as an end-of-year donation, your one-time gift in any amount contributes to our success in providing high quality international education in the community of Panajachel and Lake Atitlan.
